Definitely better than the original, and she looks about as sharp and pop-y as it should be.
Although, two things:
-The splash from the cup is really chaotic and strange.
-We need an explanation for the TV's mosaic :p

All around it's pretty solid, imo.

Actually the stream you did this on is what got me to try listening to City Girl.
It flows so well, and it loops in a way where everything looks independent of the duration, so it's super natural looking. It's got this lovely but classic energy to it just like the album covers, so you've clearly brought that in here well.

I mean, let's be honest, the Adventure design and Classic designs are pretty rock solid.
BUT this take seems like a combination of those two + your style. So at the least it's a new flavor of that Modern Sonic energy. And all the same would like to see him doing tricks and cool poses :p

Ah, looks sick! Solid character design.

Even if subtle, gives off a flight kind of look with the pilot looking coat, and something about the blown back hair. Also the fictional logo brings it together while making it look modern.
