I always get a kick when people remember old SEGA stuff.
You nailed the "weird but charming" proportions the character has, not sure too many can casually pull it off.

Her blanket acts as a second hoodie, for maximizing comfort.
I like how you even got the strange timing in the original down.
Heck yeah! Also yeah I eyed and deconstructed the reference I used, was a neat learning experience!
Nice to see. Not familiar with most these characters since I've only played the earlier demos, but more reason to check it out.
The heart effects are actually kinda clever, how they kind of pop back into their 3D alignment as they rotate around. I dunno why but that little detail just gets me :o
I just really really like the hopping pose. I picture her jumping like half a kilometer forward, using her thrusters from building to building.
Also the *tiny* bit of emissivness coming from the knees is lovely. The pallet is showy while not being hard to look at.
Hot pink, ftw. Can go from cute to cool on a whim.
I've been liking the doll motif with a bulk of your character designs. It's usually done to give off a creepy-horror vibe, but I see you using it in a playful kinda way. I'm liking the pastel pallet, that crap usually makes me die.
Somehow I get the feeling that she'd collapse before teaching anyone anything.
The personification of sleep itself!!
She looks like a half-crazed saleswoman ready to trick you into buying a 24 pack of actually-mediocre milk. Love her character design.
The lighting and the design is too good.
You make it seem like she's always been an established fantasy character.
Hey, I can recognize most of them :o
I's super cute, super sharp in the full size version too. I really like high res but aliased line work. Also the snow is shaded in an interesting way.
