[Style test]

The background looks cool, and I think the mostly hot-pink mixed with green color pallet is pulled off pretty well. Lots of sharp edges to make it look even more striking. I like.

It didn't occur to me until like a whole minute in that she could actually fly a broom using her quirk. I am very intelligent.

I wonder what the context for the original was..
I like how your version accentuates the 3D-ness of the original, the light is more defined, and all the shading properly wraps around the body. The original's was pretty good, but a bit more vague about it.

I've been loving the kind of "fantasy future" aesthetic lately. It's interesting to see the original artist is still active too.

He's definitely scary looking. Love the sprite art and color choice.
Is it weird I see him either beating down other mechs, or slapping ordinary civilians with his other arm?

Yeah, getting vague might actually be better than badly answering questions no one asked (cough star wars prequels), so I don't mind you're speedrunning some aspects of the story.
